Feedback Box is a simple application that lets students send anonymous feedback to professors anytime during the semester. With a safe and easy feedback loop, student satisfaction increases and professors receive more positive end-of-semester course evaluations.
Once you’ve installed Feedback Box, students will see a new “Feedback” tab in their LMS. Professors receive an email alert on days with new feedback submissions, then they log-in to their LMS to see the comments. Feedback Box is fully integrated with the LMS, so there are no external platforms or software to download. No training required!
Upon licensing Feedback Box, the administrator will have access to support from our technicians.

Feedback Box is committed to an accessible internet for individuals with disabilities. Feedback Box is designed to work well with screen readers, magnifications tools and other technologies commonly used by people with vision impairment. Additionally, the color scheme has been adjusted to be readable for users with color blindness.
As a part of the development process, Feedback Box worked with a third party, Accessibility Partners, to ensure compliance with the WCAG 2.0 standard for web accessibility. Accessibility Partners conducted a thorough review of the application and determined the application to be compliant based on an analysis using several assistive technologies.
The application supports the latest SSL protocols to secure traffic between clients and server, and OAuth 1.0 is used to authenticate incoming traffic, which ensures that only clients with valid keys and secrets can access the application.
Our hosting platform, Heroku, undergoes extensive security testing such as penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and source code reviews. Heroku's thirty party security assessments cover all areas of their platform, including testing for OWASP Top 10 web application vulnerabilities and customer application isolation.

What information do we collect? We collect information from you when you register on our site, or fill out a form. Additionally, we use Google Analytics to track website usage metrics. When requesting information or registering on our site, you will be asked to enter your name, e-mail address and/or phone number. You may, however, browse our site anonymously.

The information we collect from you may be used to respond to a request for more information, personalize your experience, improve our website and customer service, and send you periodic emails such as newsletters, company news and related product information. All such email communications from Feedback Box will offer the option to opt-out of any similar notifications.

The primary basis is known as “legitimate interests”, that is, we have a good and fair reason to use your data and we do so in ways which do not infringe on your rights and interests. The second basis is to support our contractual obligations with our customers.
How is your data kept secure? We use world-class software systems to securely store all information collected from our website and other sources related to Sales and Marketing. As well, Feedback Box has several internal data security policies and programs, including a Direct Marketing policy, an Information Security and Data Protection Policy, a Breach Notification Policy, and a company-wide security awareness training program. These policies are reviewed on a regular basis by our data protection governance team.
Is your data shared with third-parties? Information collected on our website is stored in secure systems and is accessed only by authorized personnel. No information collected through our website is sold to or shared for use by third parties.
