Marine Science is the study of all things ocean. All water, every single drop, leads to the ocean and we are all a part of the journey. Our introductory semester course, Marine science 101, integrates a dynamic and interactive academic program with current and relevant content delivered online with additional offline activities and labs. This optionally facilitated or self-directed semester course includes access to live ocean data and underwater webcams, giving students a unique opportunity to participate in scientific inquiry, ask questions, analyze and interpret data and construct explanations.
