LabsLand - real laboratories, online
LabsLand is a global network of remote laboratories. A remote laboratory is a real laboratory available through the Internet, so students have access to real equipment. For example, in the Arduino robot, students will be able to write Arduino code or Scratch-like visual programming and send it to a real robot somewhere else on the Internet (see videos with Arduino or visual programming). Another example: students can use an electronics laboratory to experiment Ohm and Kirchhoff Laws. In other cases, the laboratories are real but pre-recorded. For example, in Physics teachers can use a real pendulum laboratory, experiment with kinematics or even with radioactivity; however, in these cases students will see an existing prerecorded videos and data for the parameters submitted.

Requirements
So as to include laboratories in your Canvas course, you need to have a school/university account in LabsLand. There are free trials for a limited period of time here.
Other than that, there is no requirement on your students equipment: all the laboratories are available securely through https, they do not need any plug-in to be installed, and the network requirements have been optimized to adapt to the students’ connections.
Installing the lab
Once you have a school/university account, you can go to “Laboratories” and then “Permissions” and you will have a step-by-step document explaining what steps to follow:
